Let’s start your day with some healthy exercise:

1) Stretching: Before starting your exercise a little stretching has to be done on your body so start your day with a little crunching exercise.
 2) Jogging: We all know jogging plays a vital role in improving our health. Jogging for at least 15 to 20 minutes will not only keep you healthy but also active the whole day. Just involve a partner with you this will really work to keep you motivated.

3) Cycling: Cycling is the best alternative of jogging most of the people who hates to run can go for this alternative it has the same impact on your health as jogging do.




4) Gym training: I am not the one with all those gym stuffs but can assure you gym has a great impact on your mind and body. But note down an important note gym training has to be done under gym trainer.

5) A healthy diet: Healthy diet with lots of protein and nutrition will all ways lead you to a better health.

6) Searching and Planning: All ways search for new technique of exercising this will not only help you to keep your self motivated but also will help to increase the interest level within you.
